Breaking ground for Logicenters’ second logistics facility in Arlandastad

The construction of a new Logicenters property in Arlandastad being developed together with Skanska commenced yesterday. The facility is scheduled to be available to the tenant Veddestagruppen during the second quarter of 2020.

Logicentersis breaking ground on the project in Arlandastad near Stockholm. A 25,000 m² logistics facility will be developed with modern specifications adapted for the operations of the tenant Veddestagruppen. The development is being undertaken by Skanska, while Logicenters remains the owner.

“Arlandastad is an extremely good logistics location with close proximity to the international airport, theE18 and E4 motorways and Stockholm. That is why we have now invested in two facilities here. The new facility will accommodate all four of Veddestagruppen’s subsidiaries – Veddesta Distribution, Veddesta Transport, Multi Logistik and Bemanningsstrykan. This will enable the group to increase its warehousing capacity by up to 50 percent.
