Logicenters and OAC enter large partnership in Gardermoen

Logicenters, Nrep’s logistics platform and Oslo Airport City (OAC) have entered into an agreement to establish a joint venture (JV) and partnership to develop OAC’s Logistics Park in Gardermoen Næringspark, North of Oslo. The area was detail zoned this summer, and the collaboration includes land of approximately 480,000 m² and a buildable area of approximately 353,000 m².

The aim is to develop modern and attractive logistics and warehouse buildings over the next few years. OAC and Nrep Logicenters are already in dialogue with several potential tenants for upcoming development projects.

Gardermoen has established itself as Norway’s most attractive logistics and distribution hub, with immediate proximity to the airport and main roads. The land bank is centrally located in Gardermoen Business Park and is one of Norway’s largest development areas – a highly strategic choice for Logicenters’ expansion. Logicenters has a considerable land bank south of Oslo and will with this strategic partnership have strong presence in the North-axis as well.

Logicenters signs lease for 17,800 m2 logistics building with Vinhuset in Vestby

At the Vestby Logistics Park, south of Oslo, NREP Logicenters has now signed a lease agreement with Vinhuset, which is owned by NorgesGruppen. The object of the lease is the 17,800 m² logistics facility Stormåsan 42.
Vinhuset expects to take up residence in September 2023.

It has been announced that Logicenters has signed a lease agreement with Vinhuset Vestby Logistics Park in the Oslo region. The long-term lease agreement is for 17,800 m² in one of Logicenters’ newly developed properties in Vestby, Stormåsan 42. Vinhuset will lease the entire property, totalling 17,800 m². The plot as a whole measures 27,000 m².

Since 2018, NREP Logicenters has developed a total of 135,000 m² of BTA logistics buildings in Vestby, spread across sites measuring 260,000 m².

NREP Logicenters has leased out all its property in Vestby and is now on the lookout for new development opportunities in the region.The lease was signed just before the end of the year, but for the sake of employees and customers has not been made public until now. The property will be very well adapted to Vinhuset’s operations and equipped for future growth. The building will have a clear environmental profile, certified BREEAM Very Good. Solar cells will be installed on the roof and there will be a charging station for electric trucks and cars.

Logicenters acquires food distribution property in south-Oslo region

Logicenters continues growing in Norway. The logistics property operator has acquired a fully let distribution facility of 5,900 m2 in Drøbak, just south of Oslo, with a plan to further develop the property.

Last week Logicenters announced its expanding presence in Norway through the acquisition of a last mile property in Skytta, just north of Oslo’s city limits. The logistics property operator’s investment around the capital area continues as it has now acquired a fully let facility in Drøbak, in the south corridor to Oslo.

Logicenter’s new property, Holterkollveien 3, of 5,900 m2 is already fully let, but holds the possibility of further developing more logistics premises on the property. Logicenters plans to start development within the next two years.

The property is used as a food-distribution facility, currently let with the long-term tenant Foodbroker AS who is a part of DLVRY Group.

NREP Logicenters acquires last mile asset in the Oslo region

Logicenters continues growing their presence in Norway with a new acquisition. The logistics branch of the Nordic real estate investor NREP has recently acquired a logistics building in Skytta, slightly north of the Oslo city limit. The property is currently undergoing an extension and an upgrade and will upon completion in May 2023 have a total leasable area of 17 000 sqm.

Previously this year, NREP Logicenters acquired their first logistics property beyond the greater Oslo region as they acquired three properties at Løvåsmyra in the Mid-Norwegian city Trondheim. A month later, the company also closer their acquisition of the new ODA distribution center west of Oslo at Liertoppen. Now Logicenters has done another transaction in the Norwegian market, by acquiring a last-mile distribution center in the Oslo region, Brennavegen 20. The seller is a JV-setup between LED Eiendom AS and Furuholmen Eiendomsutvikling, who bought the property in early 2021, and are now extending the building with two new tenants.

Upon completion of the ongoing extension, the property will be 17 000 sqm, which is distributed between four different tenants. The existing building mass is let to Nittedal municipality and Andvord, whereas the new areas are let to the seafood players, Filetfabrikken and Domstein, who are expected to move in by May 2023.

Logicenters signs lease with Schibsted in Vestby

In the Vestby logistics park in the Oslo region, Logicenters has signed a lease agreement with Schibsted Norway. The long-term lease is for 30,500 m2, on Toveien 21, and is in the final stages of the property purchased by Ferd in 2021. Schibsted is expected to move in between March and June 2023.

It’s now a done deal that Logicenters has signed a lease agreement with Schibsted Norway in Vestby logistics park, south of Oslo. The long-term lease is for 30,500 m2 on one of Logicenters newly developed properties in Vestby, with the address Toveien 21, where Schibsted Norway will rent the entire building. This is one of the largest leases signed in 2021 in Norway that has now been announced.

The tenant will combine operations from several subisidiaries wholly or partly owned by the Schibsted Group. Schibsted Trykk is moving its operations from Nydalen to have a more efficient operation with HeltHjem Netthandel AS and Schibsted Distribusjon.

The property will –to a large extent be adapted to the customer’s needs.. The building will have a clear sustainability profile, certified BREEAM «very good». Logicenters are working on a large solar cell plant covering the entire roof and large parts of the facade.

Logicenters invests in Moss – acquires 70,000 m2 site

The logistics property company is continuing to expand its presence in Norway. Logicenters has now announced that it has acquired a 70,000 m² site from Skolt. Construction is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2023 and the entire developed logistics park is scheduled for completion in 2025.

Logicenters has acquired a site on speculation in Moss, Norway. During the first quarter of 2022, Logicenters will start preparing the land, which is expected to be ready for construction in the fourth quarter of 2022. To begin with, a building will be constructed on the site which will later become part of a developed logistics park. Construction of the planned property will begin in the first quarter of 2023. The entire logistics park is scheduled to be fully developed during 2025.

The logistics property company is in dialogue with several exciting companies, for whom Logicenters wants to develop facilities at the new logistics park in Moss.

Logicenters acquires modern facility: A last-mile facility for efficient home deliveries in the Oslo region

Logicenters continues to invest heavily in the Oslo region. The logistics property company is set to acquire one of the most modern logistics facilities in the Nordic region, with an area of approximately 18,500 m². The tenant is ODA, formerly Kolonial.no, Norway’s leading provider of online grocery delivery. Logicenters is scheduled to take possession in the first quarter of 2022, which is also when ODA will move in.

Logicenters is continuing to strengthen its position as one of the Nordic region’s leading providers of modern logistics facilities with the acquisition of another property in the Oslo region. The tenant, ODA, previously branded as Kolonial.no, is Norway’s largest and leading provider of online grocery delivery. The property is located at Drammensveien 189 in the municipality of Lier and is an ultra-modern facility of approximately 18,500 m² divided across two floors.

The new facility also has a clear sustainability profile, including a solar panel installation expected to generate approximately 1.1 GWh of renewable electricity per year. Logicenters makes major investments in Vestby

Logistics property company Logicenters is expanding its presence at Vestby logistics park through both acquisitions and new developments. Over the next few years, Logicenters expects to increase its property holdings to more than 140,000 m² in the area, which will become an important logistics hub in Norway. The company has also recently signed agreements with several tenants at the park.

Logicenters is significantly expanding its presence at Vestby logistics park in the Oslo region. In the last year the company has acquired two sites, 100,000 m² at Toveien 21 and 27,500 m² at Stormåsan 42. A total of 87,500 m² of property is currently under development in the mentioned sites. In addition, Logicenters is also in the final stages of developing a 12,000 m²facility at Torvuttaket 22.

Logicenters’ tenants in Vestby include Prime Cargo, Barnas Hus and HeltHjem Nethandel AS. The latter is one of Norway’s fastest growing companies within packaging and online trade distribution and will lease part of Logicenters’ property at Torvuttaket 26 from June 2021. A lease has also been signed with an international freight company at Toveien 21.

NREP Logicenters makes record acquisition in Norway

NREP Logicenters continues to strengthen its position in the Oslo region with a record-breaking acquisition of one of the Nordic region’s most sophisticated distribution centers. The acquired property is a 27-metre high-quality property measuring 84,800 m² let to the grocery retailer Coop.

The logistics property company Logicenters continues to establish and consolidate their presence in strategic logistics hubs in Norway. Right beside Oslo Airport, Logicenters has acquired a first-class 84,800 m² logistics facility from Møller Eiendom and Stokke Industri. Norway’s second largest grocery chain, Coop, is the long-term tenant of the property. There is an opportunity to expand the facility further, and Logicenters is looking forward to explore development of the property together with Coop.

“I am very proud to announce the off-market acquisition of this first-class logistics facility at one of Norway’s most attractive logistics hubs. It is in line with our long-term strategy to acquire properties of this particular quality. The property is fully automated and has refrigerated, freezer and temperate warehouse sections, enabling the tenant to handle large volumes of goods. In line with Logicenters’ sustainability and energy efficiency strategy, there is an opportunity to install solar panels on the property, both on the roof and on the facades.

CBRE has acted as commercial advisor for NREP Logicenters in this transaction, while Wikborg Rein has acted as legal advisor.

The partnership between Møller Eiendom and Stokke Industri has owned and developed the property since it was finalized in 2015. The investment was done with a five-year perspective.

Logicenters continues investment in Vestby with new land acquisition

Logicenters is now scaling up and expanding its presence in Vestby, Norway, with a new land acquisition in the area totalling 27,000 m². The logistics property player is then expected to develop a logistics facility of approximately 13,500 m² at the newly acquired site, which is centrally located in Vestby Business Park.

Logicenters is continuing to consolidate and expand its presence at strategic logistics hubs in the Nordic region. It has now acquired additional land at Stormåsen 42, in Vestby, just south of Oslo, Norway. It is expected that up to 70 percent of the 27,000 m² site will be built on as part of Logicenters’ investment in the further strengthening of its presence in Vestby.

“For Logicenters, not only is it important to establish ourselves in geographically strategic logistics hubs, but also to continue to strengthen our presence in these areas.
