Comments Off on Logicenters develops new facility for Ayvens Logicenters has completed the acquisition of a 40,000-square-metre site at Nebbenes in the municipality of Eidsvoll from Nistadgruppen AS. A modern and future-oriented facility will be developed on the property and has already been fully leased to Ayvens AS. The 8,000-square-metre facility will be used for car sales and is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026.
The site at Nebbenes is located in a well-established and attractive area for larger commercial developments, offering strong accessibility and infrastructure.

Logicenters will develop a tailored facility adapted to Ayvens’ operations in Norway. The facility will support efficient operations and future growth in the years ahead.

The seller of the site is Nistadgruppen AS, which is positive with regards to the establishment.

The transaction is in line with Urban Partners’ strategy of investing in urban and city-adjacent commercial locations with solid demand and long-term tenants. With this transaction, Urban Partners was advised by the law firm Schjødt. Thermica is the general contractor for the development project.
